Coronado Plaza is located on the west side of Coronado Island and encompasses an entire city block bounded by Orange Avenue, R.H. Dana Place and Churchill Place. It is prominently located in the heart of "Coronado Village" which features quaint palm tree lined streets filled with boutiques, shops, and restaurants. It is across the boulevard from the historical Hotel Del Coronado. The picturesque beauty of Coronado Island attracts over 2 million visitors annually and is located a short 15 minute drive from downtown San Diego. The building itself contains three, elevator serviced floors over an underground parking garage.
